Ingredients
- 3 oz Los Chileros New Mexico Red Chile Whole Pods
- 1/2 medium sweet onion (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 qt boiling water
Instructions
- Open package, and remove stems and seeds from chiles. Rinse thoroughly.
- Combine in blender with onion, garlic andsalt.
- Carefully pour in boiling water, and blend until smooth.
