Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Los Chileros New Mexico Red Chile Whole Pods
  • 1/2 medium sweet onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 qt boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Open package, and remove stems and seeds from chiles. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Combine in blender with onion, garlic andsalt.
  • Carefully pour in boiling water, and blend until smooth.
