Chile Ancho Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 3 oz Los Chileros Chile Ancho Powder
Instructions
- Dissolve ancho powder in cold water until smooth.
- Heat oil on medium heat, and add contents of package, water, sugar and garlic.
- Simmer approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Salt to taste. Thicken with flour if desired.
