Red Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 oz Los Chileros Red Enchilada Sauce
Instructions
- In a medium pan, heat oil on medium high heat until hot.
- In a separate bowl, blend enchilada mix with water until smooth.
- Add to hot oil and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- Use this sauce to cover enchiladas while baking, or use to cover burritos or any of your favorite foods.
