Los Chileros Blue Corn Atole

Atole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Los Chileros Blue Corn Atole
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix together atole, salt and water in large pan.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Add milk, and stir until thickened. Serve hot, and add sugar to taste.
  • Typically served as a morning breakfast drink.
