Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Swordfish Steaks 1 inch thick
  • 2 limes cut into wedges
  • Los Chileros Taos Steak & Fish Rub

Instructions
 

  • Rub seasoning on both sides of each steak.
  • Heat gas grill on High for 10 minutes with lid closed. If using charcoal, when coals are covered with a light layer of ash, about 30 minutes.
  • Cook steaks 4 inches above coals, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  • Squeeze lime wedges over steaks and serve immediately.
  • Serve with mixed green salad topped with Los Chileros Firecracker Dressing and vegetables.
