Preheat oven to 425°.
Place package contents in large mixing bowl.
Add slightly beaten eggs, and stir until evenly moistened.
Gradually add hot water. Stir until well-blended (add optional corn).
Pour batter into lightly greased 12 count muffin tin or 8” x 8” x 2” baking pan.
Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes for muffins, or 20 to 25 minutes in baking pan – until lightly browned and firm.
