Hatch Chile Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 3 tomatoes seeded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Los Chileros Hatch Chile Salsa Mix

Instructions
 

  • Combine 2 Tbsp mix and the onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Chill in refrigerator for up to three hours.
  • QUICK WAY – Mix 2 Tbsp.mix with a 14.5 ounce can of chopped, stewed tomatoes. Put on the stove and bring to a boil; promptly remove. Or, just combine it and put in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
