Blue Corn Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 12 oz white meat cooked chicken
  • 1 bag Blue Corn Chicken Enchilada Soup

Instructions
 

  • Pour 5 cups water into a stove top dish and bring to a boil.
  • Add the soup mix, tomato sauce and chicken. Bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Ladle into dishes and top with the blue corn tortilla chips. Add shredded cheddar and/or a dollop of sour cream for a garnish.
