Salsa Roja


  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 3 tomatoes seeded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Los Chileros Salsa Roja Mix


  • Combine 2 Tbs. mix and the onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Chill in refrigerator for up to 3 hours.
  • QUICK WAY – Mix 2 Tbs. of the mix with a 14.5 oz. can of chopped, stewed tomatoes. Put on the stove and bring to a boil, and then promptly remove - or just combine the tomatoes and mix and let the flavors marry for about 45 minutes.
