Combine 2 Tbsp mix and the onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
Chill in refrigerator for up to three hours.
QUICK WAY – Mix 2 Tbsp.mix with a 14.5 ounce can of chopped, stewed tomatoes. Put on the stove and bring to a boil; promptly remove. Or, just combine it and put in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
