Carne Adovada Mix Recipe


  • 24 oz pork steak cubed
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 oz Los Chileros Carne Adovada Mix


  • Combine water and Carne Adovada Mix in blender for 30 seconds, or whisk in bowl until well-blended.
  • In a casserole dish, cover pork with mixture. Cover and marinate for 12 hours.
  • Place in oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until pork is soft and tender.
