Los Chileros Chile Ancho Powder

Chile Ancho Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 3 oz Los Chileros Chile Ancho Powder

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve ancho powder in cold water until smooth.
  • Heat oil on medium heat, and add contents of package, water, sugar and garlic.
  • Simmer approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Salt to taste. Thicken with flour if desired.
