Grilled Borracho Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 oz Los Chileros Chipotle Rub & Mix
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Los Chileros Cayenne Pepper or NM Red Chile - Hot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a 1 gallon sealable plastic bag.
  • Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Grill chicken on medium-hot grill until cooked, about 5 minutes on each side.
