dark beer

fresh lime juice

Los Chileros Cayenne Pepper or NM Red Chile - Hot

Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a 1 gallon sealable plastic bag.
Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Grill chicken on medium-hot grill until cooked, about 5 minutes on each side.
