This recipe uses the following products: Blue Corn Atole - 12 oz.

1 cup Los Chileros Blue Corn Atole
2 cups milk
2 cups water
1/2 tspn. salt
sugar to taste

Methods/steps

Mix atole, salt and water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add milk and stir until thickened. Serve hot and add sugar to taste.

Additional Tips

Un aconstumbrado desayuno en New Mexico; muy similar a la avena.

1 taza de atole
2 tazas de agua
azucar al gusto
1/2 cucharadita de sal
2 tazas de leche

Combine el Atole con la sal y el agua, espere hasta que hierva meneando constantemente. Agrege la leche sin dejar de menear hasta que este espeso. Sirva caliente y agrege azucar al gusto.
